The Principle: If we are going to succeed in our plans we must be deeply committed to our cause.

1. The Criteria for:
He is a servant of Christ.
He is a manager of God’s mysteries.
Models God’s Word
Proclaims God’s Word
He is proven to be faithful.
2. The Evaluation of:
Isn’t from humanity
Not from the church
Not from the pastor
Comes from the Lord
1 Corinthians 4:6
“Now, brothers, I have applied these things to myself and Apollos for your
benefit, so that you may learn from us the saying:
‘Nothing beyond what is written.’"
III. The Benefit from:
Our pride is replaced with humility.
Our worldly wisdom is replaced with godly wisdom.
Our foolishness is replaced with faith.
IV. The Behavior of:
When he is reviled, he returns blessings.
When he is persecuted, he endures it.
When he is slandered, he responds graciously.
1 Corinthians 4:16

- There are good Intentions in Hell, but Hell is a HELPLESS place.
- There is good Theology in Hell, but Hell is a HOPELESS place.

Step #3 - Tell and Invite Make it your prayer that “Your One” will “come and see”
*What if “My One” is a family member or close friend?
- They must see my life as a changed life.
- I must be reliant on the power of Jesus.
- I must be spending time with Jesus.
- I must be able to clearly communicate the Gospel.
- I must be willing to work hard.
- My life must be characterized by love.
